May 2017 // Paradise Now
In early 2010 we began working on the work group “Paradise Now”, which has been continually expanded since then.
We are happy that the book “Paradise Now” is now published by Bolo Publishing.
In the execution of the images we respond to each other’s actions in accordance with the reciprocal principle of action and reaction. This interaction gives rise to unpredictable forms and patterns which are subject to constant change until the drying process begins. Although the result of each individual experiment is accidental, frequent repetitions give rise to identifiable regularities. The result is a sequence of works that can be constantly rearranged to form “families”. We are also interested in our own collaboration and our relationship to the shared work. The development process is more important to us than a fixed conception of the final work.
